The million-handed machine that whirs deep within VAULT is coming to life.
You won’t find any other festival for 6 continuous weeks, in Central London, offering this range of attractions, at this price, anywhere else – surprisingly! It’s unique and it’s made for you.
We are so proud of our headline shows: Hunter S Thompson’s Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and The Cement Garden, an adaptation of Ian McEwan’s first novel. The tickets are available here and the productions are shaping up to be really special. Join us in the first week and be the first to see these landmark shows!
Mat and I are really pleased to announce that Andy George joins us as Head of Production. He’s worked with us a good few times now and we trust him totally to deliver almost anything that our hosted companies can throw at him – and with a credit list that includes You Me Bum Bum Train and Secret Cinema, we’ve got one of the best new names in the business.
VAULT is our largest enterprise ever. It’s slightly terrifying to be aiming this high, and taking this much risk on, but at the heart of it remains a real belief that we’re doing something magic, and something difficult. To offer a platform to this many people, and in a way that strives at every turn to be egalitarian and open and fair, is hugely rewarding. Even if we fall flat on our faces.

VAULT 2016 Comes To An End
March arrives, another VAULT Festival comes to an end with a celebration.
After six weeks of eclectic performances, VAULT Festival 2016 closed on Sunday 6th March, after our most successful year yet with 45,000 in attendance over the six weeks. Highlights were celebrated with VAULT Festival Awards for shows such as ‘Skin A Cat’, ‘The Vanishing Man’, ‘Orator’ and many others.
